Stratford Olympic Park - anyone been recently?

we have a day to fill on Friday and wondered if this was worth a visit? Weve never been

I take the children whenever we're in London, it makes a lovely day out. If you head for the Unity Kitchen Café www.unitykitchen.co.uk/unity-kitchen-cafe (Get the DLR to Stratford International), there is a great water park (Tumbling Bay) outside, and frequent activities. The children will happily spend hours there, then we have a walk through the rest of Olympic Park and through Westfield.
