Pick a country or better still a place. then google. see what comes up. you might get a mixture of package or just accommodation. very likely that flights will be full or horrendous price now so a package will probably be easier and cheaper than pulling it together yourself. also do a must have list and a want list so that you can narrow your search down immediately. hope you aren't thinking that late booking = bargain because not this year!

Don't always assume a package is the cheapest option. Use some scraper websites to compare prices:

Also consider a flight + hotel deal on www.expedia.co.uk as there are often extra discounts.
