Has anyone stayed here? It looks great but hardly any reviews to be found!

Could you post a link. We have stayed at 2 Yelloh sites in France so may be able to comment if it's the same one(s).

Were looking at France at present at the yelloh sites any recommendations?

We have stayed at 2 Yelloh sites. The one we liked was in the Loire Valley and had very good facilities on-site for families with young children e.g. swimming pool, mini golf, table tennis, good cafe/restaurant and shop. If you are camping or taking your own caravan it's worth paying a bit extra for a luxury pitch with electricity as these are much better and you have more privacy. Obviously this won't apply if you are renting a mobile home.
We were less comfortable with the Champagne one but this was mainly because it was basically full (August Bank holiday - 15th August) so was rather crowded. This one would probably be better for older children and was mainly mobile homes and not ideal for tents.
The price of Yelloh sites is fairly reasonable and they also have a discount card scheme. I am still being sent emails with special offers, if you are interested pm me.

We have stayed at the Yelloh! Serignan Plage. We rented a cabin-Cabane Robinson. first time on a campsite.
The whole holiday was lovely. Grounds well maintained, bikes came with the cabin, right on the beach, gorgeous bakery/patisserie on site, also small supermarket, butcher/fishmonger.
Lovely pools. We just had a fab time. As did the kids.
I spoke to quite a few people there who said they had been to loads of other camp sites over the years and that this was, in their opinion the best one.

This is the Hermitage one.

Thanks everyone! We're really struggling as we much prefer the look of the campsites in the Dordogne but they're not very convenient as we don't want to drive really when we're there. The ones in Languedoc look fab but just not quite what we're after. Arrhh!
