Barnyard or Open Season - which one should I book?

going to piccies tomorrow and not sure which one to choose for my two - dd of 5 and ds of 2

the papers say open season laods better

Took my 5 yr old daughter to see Open Season. She loved it, but there was a bit where she was crying her eyes out for a few minutes, where the nasty hunter tries shooting the animals. But I told her it wasn't real, and there would be a happy ending, and when she saw the animals getting their own back, she cheered up again. Haven't seen Barnyard yet, but from the clip I saw (trailer before Open Season) I think I made the right choice. Will wait until Barnyard comes out on DVD instead!

I saw barnyard and really enjoyed it.
I did ask some children at work about Open Season (some have seen both) and they prefered Open Season. I am going to take my kids to see that next.
