ooh god my mate has one
it doesnt sit up properly
a dn the kdis legs are really shoe horned into the bottom bit
her kdi either wants to sit up straighter or lie back
and it does nowt

misdee · 26/10/2006 20:35

its crap.

it tips easily, kids have to sit bolt upright, feet have to tuck it. and its awful on anything less than a shopping centre smooth flooring.

suitable from 6 months apparently.

TheDaVinciCod · 26/10/2006 20:35

oh do you think bolt upright
if it were itd be betetr
i htink they are kidn of smei reclined
her ds is 1

bctmum · 26/10/2006 20:36

It doesn't have a place to put stuff!

misdee · 26/10/2006 20:37

well the seat doesnt recline at all cod, but as it isnt a hard backed buggy the younger ones slump in it.

worksforaliving · 26/10/2006 21:05

okee dokee - guess this is not the pushchair for me! or rather one i was thinking of buying second hand for my mum to use..it goes with the maxi cabrio car seat which i'm getting for her car. hmm will think again

hmmmm its also a PITA as a travel system

HTH.

i'd just get her a good decent lie flat stroller and not one thats compatable with a particular car seat.

vp01 · 26/10/2006 22:03

I've got one and think it's brilliant - folds up tiny, comes with sun canopy and raincover, it's really light and my little boy enjoys being in it - it's a second buggy for us - for going to the shops etc so it's not used for walks or anything, but he can sleep in it when tired even though it doesn't recline. I bought it off ebay and it was £50 cheaper than in the shope.

TheDaVinciCod · 26/10/2006 22:08

but its shite!

worksforaliving · 26/10/2006 22:36

which is a decent lie flat stroller? is it worth buying one second hand off ebay?

oh yes, its woeth going 2nd hand. honestly it is.

good ones are the maclaren techno (not had one but good reviews,) m&p plikos. just get a good footmuff to go with it.

babies are better lying as flat as possible and not in car seats IMO.

runkid · 26/10/2006 22:41

I have one i bought it because i coulndt get any other in my boot.
I wouldnt use it for a child under 2yrs because it doesnt recline and the child slumps when they sleep.
Apart from that i like it

worksforaliving · 27/10/2006 19:56

good point about the slumping thing. may just hold off on seconday pushchair until she's a bit older then.
many thanks all
