Going to Macedonia when 27 weeks pregnant

I may have to go to to Macedonia for work when I'm 27 weeks pregnant. I will be traveling on my own.

Any advice?

ask your company about appropriate travel insurance!

also check flying time limits - I think you will be well in but you have to be sure.

You normally need a drs fit to fly letter from 28 weeks so you may need one.

Just keep yourself hydrated and wear the ant1 dvt socks. I did a 10 hr flight at 29 weeks and returned 2 weeks later and was fine. Just drank lots so had to get up and walk to the loo often!

Drink bottled water, make sure you dont take ice in drinks etc
