Puerto Pollensa in April Pollensa Park or Puerto Azul ?

Just about to book a last min trip to PP IN April. We have never been to Majorca. Myself, DH and DD (7) who has mobility issues. Main criteria is somewhere to sit once she goes to bed and half board.

Have pretty much narrowed it down to P.Park or P.Azul. Anyone been in April? I prefer the location of P.Azul but P.Park has an indoor pool which might be a lifesaver if the weather is not brilliant.

Thanks,

We were at the Puerto Azul at the end of May 2013, and the pool was way too cold to swim in! The weather was a bit rubbish though, the pool might have been bareable in the afternoons if it had had a bit of sun on it. The main pool is very deep (only suitable for adults to swim in, a child would not be able to stand up in it) so that's probably another reason why it never really warmed up.

We loved the Puerto Azul, it was refurbished over the winter of 2013/14 and we are going back this May. You are right, the location is ideal, but I think you will use the indoor pool at the Pollensa Park. I've never stayed there, but have been to Puerto Pollensa many times and it's not too far from the main bit of the resort. It would be about a 10 minute stroll.

Have a lovely time, you will really enjoy it!
