TGV Paris to the Med - where?

We're thinking about taking the TGV from Paris to spend 3-4 days on the Med in the first week of August. Dh, myself, and 8yo ds. Any suggestions where we should stay? Or where we should avoid!

Cassis (near Marseille) and do a boat trip round the Calanques - like Norweigian kind of fjords but in a hot climate. One of my all time best holiday memories. Also, the local white wine is delicious (just mentioning).

Is that where Creme de Cassis comes from?

I don't think so! In fact, I'm pretty sure it's too hot to grow blackcurrants round there!
