Somewhere romantic and unusual for a weekend break

Any suggestions? Just me and DP for a weekend away in the summer and to celebrate a special birthday. I'm thinking along the lines of a beach hut, yurt, etc, etc as something different. Either that or an amazing hotel. Any recommendations please
