Equivalent to Chambre d'hôte/b&b in Italy?

Hello
Going to Umbria in August and would like to stay in a b&b, near a beach or lake for a few nights, on the route from Rome into Umbria. 2 adults, 2 kids.
Looked at Agroturismo, but these seem these are more rural.
Looking at Sawdhay's too.
But can't help thinking there must be an equivalent to The French Chambre d'hôte that I could use to search?

If you use tripadvisor they let you search by B+B all over Europe.
