Caribbean at Easter - any recommendation for hotels with amazing kids facilities?

It will be our first long haul adventure with our 6 year old triplets and we have discovered to have any relaxation at all the hotel needs to be geared completely to the kids. We went to Princess Yaiza in Lanzarote last year which we loved and Sensatori Crete which were both brill for the little ones.

No idea about the Carribbean though, can anyone advise?
Thanks

Beaches hotels are very kids orientated, there is one in Turks and Caicos and one in Jamaica however the cost is eye watering so have never done it myself! I have been to some of the Caribbean islands before dcs and have looked at going back with my twins but never found the perfect place. Mexico Caribbean coast though was great with kids, would you consider that? It's also cheaper

There is a sensatori in Mexico if you liked that brand

What's your budget?
Carlyle Bay on Antigua
Sugar beach St Lucia
Turtle Beach Barbados
all spring to mind. I haven't been at Easter but it's peak season.

Tamarind at Barbados is sister hotel of Turtle Beach. It has a fantastic kids club and the seas are much calmer on the West coast of Barbados (choppy sea at Turtle Beach)

Sensatori Jamaica or Mexico, or Generations Riviera Maya looks amazing :-)

Have a look at The Landings in St Lucia - amazing for kids, amazing for adults! Link
