Last minute family holiday....please help!

We are planning a last minute holiday at the end of the month for me, DH and DD (20 months). We are an active family and ideally would be looking at a Mark Warner/Neilson type holiday, but due to leave restrictions we have to go Wednesday to Wednesday and this doesn't seem to be an option with those companies.

So, our preferences are to be within shorthaul distance from a Northern airport, somewhere with some sunshine, ideally on site activities (swimming, sailing, tennis etc), Wednesday to Wednesday holiday. Can anyone offer any recommendations or pointers?

South of France. Book flight and hotel together. Use someone like BA. They go every day of the week to most places and their hotel choice will match the flights. Or book the hotel separately. Easy jet do the same. Most organised club type places won't be midweek start and finish. You might get a resort type hotel in Mallorca/Spain/Greece which might suit. I would start with the flights and see what hotels are matched with the flight.
