Does anybody own a holiday home on any of the above sites. I would be really interested in hearing about your experiences, the good, the bad and the downright ugly.
It is something we are considering doing in the not too distant future. I have done a fair bit of research into buying and owning a caravan but would like to know more about owners experiences at these parks.
We have already decided that we would not want to sublet so I don't need any info on that.

Not owned, but Have stayed at ladram bay lots of times and love it. Great site.

Thanks Stripy.

I did forget to mention that we have a toddler which is why I am looking more at bigger parks as opposed to smaller ones.
Ladram Bay and Devon Cliffs are the only coastal parks I could find in that neck of the woods that have an indoor pool.

Ladram is great for toddlers, we had 4 with us last time we stayed. Have been to Devon cliffs for the day a few times but didn't like it, but I don't like haven sites.

Burn ham on sea isn't a very nice place. Definitely visit before you buy there. Have heard Devon cliffs is good.

I've worked at DC, and many other Haven parks. What do you want to know? There's a lot of good and bad with holiday home ownership. A lot depends on your motivation to buy.

Not owned but have stayed at the Haven Devon Cliffs resort a couple of times and we really enjoyed it - beach is great. Nice Indoor pool for when the weather isn't so kind and lots to do in the surrounding area too.

I had camping holidays to Ladrum bay as a child and loved it. The beach is pretty much private to the site which was a particular highlight for us.

I am thinking of buying on Devon cliff but I am rather worried about site fees but it is such a beautiful site I am very tempted
