Passport office Peterborough - 0845 number??

There seem to be a few threads about the Durham passport office with an 0845 number to call if you need to fast track a passport, but my daughter's passport seems to be stuck at the Peterborough office... does anyone have a similar 0845 number for them..? Starting to panic as it's less than 2 weeks until we travel and her passport application has been being 'processed' for a month already :(

For all those stressed out people who need a direct number for Peterborough fast track send me a pm. It's not 0845 and for those waiting a call back after requesting an upgrade this should prove useful!

for anyone else in same posistion the number to call is 08456015549 you can get it upgraded on this one. Just keep on hold and ignore the message regarding letters.

Similar position to others - been waiting over a week for call back to fast track my daughter's passport. Peterborough had for over 3 weeks and not even started it yet. Travel next Fri. Have just PM passportproblems but if anyone else can PM the direct dial number that would be great. 08456015549 not in operation at a weekend.

I'm the same I have 5 days till my holiday and still nothing no one will call me back always saying will ring back in48 hours and nothing it's stressing me anyone any other way? U think if I turned up topetersborough they would see me

We are due to fly in a week and my daughters passport is stuck at Peterborough. I have tried all the usual routes but am getting nowhere.
Does any one have a direct number for fast tracking. I'm not getting through on the 0845 number. Thanks

Hi I'd be very grateful if Passportproblems or anyone who knows it could pm me the Peterborough direct line number asap...we are flying on Sunday for my daughter's wedding and my granddaughter still hasn't got her passport. I have one stressed out in tears daughter!! Many thanks in advance.

Hi I've had so many problems but I contacted my local mp and they worked there magic got me a phone call back and I picked up my passport today u can go down the office and get ur passport done with in 4 hours it cost me an extra 60 pundits to do it but was so glad to get it done

And also it doesn't matter if ur child under 16 cause if it's a under a week u go away u can be upgraded

Passport finally arrived today! For all those still waiting phone helpline and ask for email to be sent to management team as well as escalation team to be fast tracked. Also email your MP and Theresa May. Not sure which one got the result but once Peterborough got in contact passport done in about 24h & then couriered out for next day delivery or can pick up
in person - fingers crossed for those still waiting.
