Hi hope you can help..i have a 15 month old who doesn't like sitting in a car for any length of time (like so many others:)! and we regularly i have to travel a 3 hour car journey to my mums. Until recently he slept most of the way but now he is often awake after a 30 min AHHHHH so i would like to know about incar entertainment in the 21st century as i am a complete technophobe!!!!!:) do i get a dvd player or ipad type of thing!!? which is the best to use? How do they work? How do they differ? Would an ipad type thing be used when my little boy is a bit older for other things...yep i have nooo idea so any help and advice would be appreciated. I dont want to spend out to many times. Also at home we only have a simple broadband connection with i think limited downlaods if that makes any difference:)xx

Do you have an in car CD player or iPod compatibility? If you have either, or both, why don't you sing and play music? We never had moving images for the children or games, but lots of people do. An iPad would do everything.
