Durham passport office!! Help i need to get through

Hi everyone

I am writing in desperation

I gave been contacting the adviceline endlessly to avail regarding my sons 1st passport!! I sent the application nearly 5weeks ago and im due to go away for my birthday in 13days on the 5th june!!

The progress team gave me zero info and said durham are dealing with it and they will call me back within 48hrs and still heard nothing :(

I really need a number for them or something because im just totally panicing and do not want to ruin a holiday for everyone!

Try calling this number 0845 601 5175 hope you get it sorted don't bother with the 0300 number they are rubbish they didn't help me because I didn't have a barcode was my fault but if I didn't call this 0845 number I wouldn't of had no idea what was happening the problem was that they wrote to the countersign person but they didn't receive it so Tuesday just gone it was when I called the 0845 number for the first time they said they will sent the countersign another letter because I'm such a worrier I called again on weds to find out her passport has gone in to printing and I will receive it buy Monday and this morning I receive her old passport don't ask how the hell that happen but I'm happy x
