he's been off for a week already and i'm going round the bend...i need a break! i need to get away.please tell me there's something for the five of us this week...please!!!!he doesn't get up and do the housework and do the ironing and shower the kids... i do... i need a f...ing break!!!

seriously cutekids- as a travel agent, I can catagorically confirm that as its bank holiday- there really is nothing available, for the past three days now at work i have had the same types of calls with absolutly nothing to offer anyone. It really is dire.

from your point of view tho.,isn't it amazing how people have actually rebelled against everything that's going on and actually booked/not cancelled more than any other time in the year?!!!

"HIM" isn't so bad. he's a provider whereas i"don't work".However,I desperately need to get out somewhere. I live in Wales fgs! there must be something somewhere?!!

I could go anywhere on my own.i don't actually want to though. i want a family hol.somewhere.abroad pref.but even here in Wales if we have to. I just need a break from the ironing. Sorry if I sound selfish-he works away all the time and sees staying at home as a holiday!-,I just need 2/3 days away from home!!!

work is dead, really it is- the problem is that when things like this happen ( security scares) people really think that they are going to get a mega bargain because tour ops will slash their prices, but its not the case. so we get enquiries but no bookings because holidays are too expensive. the travel industry has never recovered from Sept 11th and the days of mega cheap bargain £99 holidays are long gone.
