Hiya
I will be joining my husband in Quebec - we have a house in Westbury. We will not be transporting any large items of furniture but I would like to have my bits and pieces around me to make me feel more settled. I have two largish framed pictures and some kitchen equipment that I couldn't do without. Can anyone advise how I can get them there the cheapest way - it doesn't really matter how long they would take to arrive.
Also when I leave I intend to take my personal items, clothes and such like, in one suitcase and to take another suitcase with more household items, ie. CD player, cutlery etc. Does anyone know if this is OK - would the airline just make me pay for the extra suitcase?
