weather in Thassos in August

Booked to go there late august, can anyone tell me how hot it will be. Normally camp in France which can be mixed.

Very hot - was 40+ every day when we went. Sea breezes help but we found the best thing to do was to adopt the siesta - do stuff in the morning, then back to the apartment for a few hours, out to the beach 3 pm ish. Sea gloriously warm.

We went to Thassos in August (many years ago now) and it was very hot but there was always a breeze there.

Thassos is lovely, I'm sure you will love it there
