it is coming up to our 10th anniversary and I want to snatch DH and myself away to somewhere nice and warm.
I am thinking either May/June bank holiday or perhaps October holiday as my mum will look after the DCs.

I would like somewhere with a beach or similar inland beach and a nice town but not too big. I was thinking Spain or the Balearics or Tenerife.

My budget is reasonably flexible and it would be a week maximum. Any recommendations?

Barcelona has a beach, city sites, shops and some fab restaurants.

Malta is lovely, not too commercial, lots of history/sightseeing etc, great weather, have a fab time wherever you choose!

We went to Nice for our 10th Anniversary, stayed at Hotel Suisse right on the seafront. We loved it, and transport is so cheap to see other towns along the Cote d'Azur
