M5 service station - VERY long shot

There is a service station on the M5. Southbound. Maybe near Bristol or thereabouts.

Its big, glass and chrome with a park to its left.

Anyone have any idea which junction?!

Told you it was a long shot.

None of them - its a huge huge building , 2 storeys. I need a pic to know it!

Doesn't sound like any of the M5 ones round Bristol to me. (Been tavelling between Plymouth and Preston longer than I care to remember!)The only one we haven't been to is Bridgewater and I think that is more like a petrol station and McD's.

My only thought was Stafford too ndp nice lake there too but not close to Bristol unfortunately. Glass and chrome just doesn't fit with the M5 ones I've been to!

yep, Bridgewater service station is not big and impressive...is cramped and concretey

We do the Plymouth to Jct 13 trip frequently and can't recall any posh services....?

don't know how far south you're travelling from - but there's also hopwood services where we've stopped before - very nice - and play area for the kids.... - don't know if there's a park to it's left - as we always park on the right LOL.

yes - no where near bristol LOL - and I did wonder when you said you stopped on the way to somerset near bristol - you're practically there by the time you hit bristol LOL.

Sedgemoor services is CRAP in Weston, Gordano OK, taunton crap crap crap, Michael Wood- have gotten up to some er interesting things in the car park, don't remember the place otherwise

Right, am back.

It was the M6 Northbound near Manchester-ish and NOT M5 Southbound near Bristol!!

good job DH was navigating!!
