Algarve in late October - bad idea?

Has anyone ever been to the Algarve during the Autumn half-term? Will I be freezing my butt off or should it still be quite warm?

Im from Portugal and normaly weather its ok in October(18c - 23c), specially in Algarve but it can rain...unless you are very unlucky(smile.

Its allway better in first two weeks, last two weeks the weather can be very unexpectable.

Anyway its allways a beautifull place to see
