We're going on Eurostar to south of France. Will be on train for 6 hours. Just looking for some inspired ideas to help keep ds entertained.
Please!

Magnetic travel games
Sticker books
Story tapes/CDs
mega-sketcher type toy
Colouring/activity books (Tescos do some good ones where you rub a coin over the blank page and the image appears)

Have bought my almost 3 year old a fantastic sticker book. It is called Giant Sticker Activity First Words published by priddy books (www.priddybooks.com). It has picture stickers of everything under the sun and my ds loves it. All sticker books seem to entertain him and we recently went to Italy with some other children who were a bit older and they all borrowed his sticker books at sometime or other.

Also, mini magnadoodle type thing is good and not messy.

Hope this helps and enjoy your holiday.

Thanks all!
Am compiling a bag of assorted foodstuffs, preferably that take ages to eat
What he likes seems to be the kind of stuff suggested, but will go and have a look for some sort of sticker book.
