We went to the Isle de Re last year. It was fab, we biked everywhere with the smallies on the back of our bikes. Beaches, cafes, picnics, very famous five style. There were cycle tracks everywhere so we felt safe.
I recently lost a baby, so we are trying to cheer ourselves up with an energetic holiday this summer, not possible with a newborn in tow.
It would be lovely to go back to the Ile, but that is a bit boring. Can you think of other places with safe cycling away from roads? The four year old will be cycling herself this time.
