Any ideas for Oxted (Surrey) except Godstone Farm?

DH and DS (4) and DD(2) wll be in Oxted area between lunchtime and 3... (some of you know why)... and I am trying to find an activity for them as well as a place to lunch... any suggestons?

HI pupuce

St Pierres - a coffee shop/restaurant near the station (the main high street side rather than the cinema side) does nice snacks and sandwiches.

As for things to do...don't know age and interests of your ds and dd but there is a sweet little place called Beaver Water World about 4 miles away in Tatsfield. It has reptiles, birds, beavers and other animals as well as a little tea shop. It's a sanctuary for rescued lizards and does great work - cheap to get in too. Other than that, there's a pub with a biggish play area on the A233 just before you get to Biggin Hill - pub is called the spinning wheel.
