Nice, France - things to do with kids under 8

We are heading to Nice soon, staying just outside the city on a bus route/train line. Any suggestions for things to do/places near Nice to go with 4 kids between 18 months and 7.5years old?

Anyone been to the Water Park at Antibes? My thought is supervising 4 kids in it would be a nightmare but am I being over cautious?

Castle hill in nice is nice, views over nice a really good and there is a big children's play area at the top with plenty of shady trees.

Valbonne (little village inland) market is nice too and there is a square with restaurants in which is very popular with English ( and others) people in the evening. Our dd 8 loves to go there and runaround with the other children.

There is a sandy beach at Antibes which is nice but gets busy and there were jelly fish last year.

We visit family there who say the water park is very hot and concretey so we have avoided it so far.

Thanks for that. Never been up Castle Hill before.

Recommend castle hill too. There is a little tourist train that goes up there from the seafront. The beach at Juan Les Pins is lovely for kids - warm and shallow - and there is a carousel on the promenade.

The Old Town and the flower market is Cours Saleya is lovely. There is a little train that runs from Nice into the countryside but haven't tried that yet.
