Does it not have a back on it?

Booster should have a back on it and the back has a headrest? Is he Just on the little cushion?

Recent research has highlighted this week that children should remain in high back booster seats for as long as possible. I had a 5 year old in my car today. (Friend's child wanted to travel with me and DS) and I was mortified at how inadequate the seatbelt was when sitting on a booster seat.
There are some booster seats with high backs that have a slight recline on them. I was looking at one in Halfords only three weeks ago. I think Britax and Graco do them.
But please, if possible, have him in a high back booster seat if he isn't.
