Hi, can anyone help me with estimating how long it will take us to get from Montpellier train station to the airport? We are flying back from Montpellier on a Tuesday in August and will be staying the previous night in Carcassonne. There aren't too many direct trains from Carcassonne to Montpellier so the best fit looks like one arriving in at just after 2pm. The checkin of our 5.30 flight opens at 3.30 and closes at 4.50. We will have luggage to drop so don't want to leave it too late. We will look at getting a taxi to the airport as it looks like you need to take a tram from the train station to get to the airport bus stop. The distance seems to be about 8 km but I have no idea what the traffic would be like. Has anyone done this trip recently?
