Cheap fabric cabin baggage trolleys - any good?

I want to get a cabin-approved trolley and there are some vary cheap lightweight fabric ones on ebay, like these ones here. Has anybody used these - do they fall apart on first use?

I think the clue to this is the word "cheap". If it looks too cheap to last then it wont. if you travel regularly its worth getting one. if not we have a small rucksack that we use in the cabins and it leaves both hands free to deal with kids.
