I'd say a fiver if service was good
hate it when restaurants assume a 12.5% gratuity and it's added on, or places that have 'gratuity not included' splashed all over the menus

Was out for a pizza with a friend last week and as I paid he asked why I didnt leave a tip -I didnt know I was supposed to!

10% but I round up if service was really, really good. So if it was a £4 tip I'd give them a fiver if they'd been helpful.
I only tip in places where I've had proper service, ie a bit more than a surly teenager shuffling you to your table, plonking a menu down then buggering off for an hour. So Pizza Hut staff don't get much cash out of me I'm afraid.
