ideas for 13 year old son and me?

Does anyone have an idea for a short break 3 or 4 days for myself and my ds aged 13 ? Something with a theme maybe. We went dolphin watching last year which was great. Star gazing maybe ...Uk only please. Very grateful for your suggestions x

how about doing a course? photography, cookery, something like that? I think having something to do together would be good, cos you've got something to focus on.

Have a look at the Field Studies Centres, who do wildlife, art based and activity based breaks. We did a family wildlife one when the dds were small and it was excellent.
