Place to go dancing in London?

I am about to have a babysitter for my boys , which is really fantastic, because they have never had one and I'm going mad.
So my idea for my first night out with DH is to go dancing. Any idea of a non smoking place in London? I live in E17, but would consider anywhere easy to get to by tube.

What sort of dancing AprilMum? Are you thinking of clubing or salsa or ballroom - a few pointers might help narrow down a venue.

Oh good! Well, latinamerican stuff would be great. I think. No clubbing really. I stopped clubbing 6 years ago and I'm only 28! But I don't feel like going back to that. Central London is fine. We are on the Victoria line. Thanks!
