FRACE - Nice overnight stay between Paris and Biaritz

Goinf to SW France in early Sept and have 2 nights to mke our way down there.Can anyone reccommend any nice places to stay - don't want to go too far off the main roads/motorways but willing to travel a little for a really nice toddler friendly place.

This place is lovely - not far from Paris though, so not really half way, but it is lovely. Make sure you get a room in the house, not the stables!
