Anyone done a long haul charter?

I've booked a holiday in Cuba. By far the cheapest fare was with Thomas Cook on a charter.
I've never done a long haul charter & wonder what to expect. If you have any experience I'd be grateful.

Absolutely fine- flown 3 times long haul with Thomsons without any problems ( on 1 flight staff were a bit unfriendly but not a real problem) flying to a Mexico this year with Thomas Cook.

Is Florida long haul? It was fine, good flight times but nothing special.
