Do you need any vaccinations for the Caribbean?

Was hoping to book a holiday soon to St Lucia but my daughter isn't vaccinated as she reacted to her first round of vaccinations as a baby. Are there any vaccinations that are mandatory? I'm also presuming we wouldn't need to take anti-malarials, just use spray and cover up well at high risk times? Any advice would really help. Obviously don't want to put her at risk so if vaccination is highly recommended then we will have to rethink the holiday.

FCO advice is that everyone should be up to date with all the standard vaccinations.

St Lucia is not malarial, and is rabies-free. It is tropical, so it is a dengue zone, so any time is a high-risk time.

Check with your practice nurse at dr surgery, they will be able to advise what's needed
