My partner and I have a holiday booked with our 5 yr old in August this year. We are going to skiathos for a friends wedding and have had it booked since last August.
However I have recently found out I am expecting again and will be 37+ weeks when we are due to fly and you can't fly over 36 weeks! 
We are going with Thomas cook who have a 100% non refund policy but we haven't paid the full holiday cost yet and my partner plans to go on his own.
Does anybody know what rights we may have or any advice on what we can do??
