Am wondering if following the judgment in the case of Tui last September regarding delays anyone has made a successful claim against BA. We attempted to claim from them for a 23 hour delay last August just before the judgment was handed down and they basically told us to p* off and offered airmiles which you can never use.
Following the judgment we have just made a further claim to them and are watching this space. Am wondering if anyone has made a successful claim? In case people are not aware, you can claim for a delayed flight with a european airline that starts from a european airport if you have suffered a delay of more than 3 hours. The claim can apparently be backdated for 5 years.
