Factory tour in the Potteries area during February half term?

We're going up to stay in the Alton Towers region at the end of half term and I'm trying to find somewhere to take the DC (11 & 8) on the Friday (22/2). We're doing AT and the water park over the weekend but I'd love to go on a factory tour of one of the pottery places, and even maybe throw a pot. But the ones I've found don't start up until March.

Does anyone know of anywhere that runs tours during half term? Or can recommend somewhere else to go please? Thanks.

Try Denby not Stoke but not that far from AT.

Thanks! I didn't think of looking in that area. Looks perfect as we're staying just south of Derby for a couple of nights before going to AT.

The Emma bridgewater factory in Hanley is fantastic, does tours and you can decorate pottery. Will probably have to book in half term week though as it gets quite busy.
I'm off there (again) tomorrow morning to decorate mugs!

Ooo! Thanks. Both look good, though EB is cheaper.

I heard the Wedgwood one is the best with all the robots, but they don't start until March and are only Mon-Thurs.
