Wheres good in the School holidays?

Now DD1 is school age we are limited to the school holidays.

We only had our first family abroad in May.

We are looking for somewhere warm but not too hot, flight no more than 3 hours, child friendly for DD's 5 and 3, Restaurants and shops but not too busy.

Any resorts anyone can recommend? We intend to do the same as last year and rent an apartment instead of a package deal.

We stayed at Club Martha in Cala Egos near Cala d'Or in Majorca. It was fab and loads to do round about - really good reviews on trip advisor. Go sc as so many good restaurants within 2-5 mis walk and hotel food not brilliant. Animation team/kids club kept kids amused!

Puerto pollensa in Majorca is lovely

Yes.. Puerto Pollensa is lovely. Would highly recommend it.

We went to Majorca in May. Stayed in Alcudia which we loved.

Would happily go back to Majorca but would probably want to go more the south side of the island nearer Palma. There were some excursions that we would of liked to do last time but they were just that bit too far away for the girls .ie Aquarium

any suggestions for round there?
