Ok, we want to go to Florida next April.
So far i have tried expedia but they wont let me look at prices that far ahead.
Ive never done this before and really dont know where to start.
I want to know:
A) is it cheeper to book on line or to just go into an travel agents to book?
B) is it even possible to book 12 months in advance?
C) have you ever done this and could you advise me as if i am a fuckwit as i am thick at anything computery.
Thanks all x

a, It is usually cheaper, but i booked my summer holiday in the travel agents, i popped in on the off chance and they were cheaper than online and gave me free insurance. Its worth checking out. It is usually much cheaper if you book everything separately yourself, and usually you need the internet for that.
b, some of the big package operators are taking bookings for april 2007 online. I think the airlines usually go 12 months in advance, maybe try their websites?

Good luck!

a) Can be cheaper to book online
b) You can book up a year in advance with some airlines (like BA for example). I think Virgin's is 350 or so days in advance so the details for next April will be available now.
c) Have booked on line now for the past 4 years without any problems re booking. Just take your time typing in details.
