Can't find cheap holiday In Sept. Help please ?

We are looking to go on holiday in Sept.
For a week.
Maybe full board, all inclusive.
Not bothered about destination - Canaries, Spain, Portugal - anything like that.

We were thinking that it would be cheaper if we went for a week, once the schools were back - ds is only 2...

but the prices in sept are the same as jul & august .
Was I wrong to think that it was cheaper to go in term time ?
Why can't we find anything.
Please help.
Any suggestions appreciated.

Hi, We went all inclusive to lanzarote with First Choice in February. Although it seemed quite expensive at £500 each, we hardly spent a penny once we got there as everything was included. Our baby is not a good eater so instead of having to order and pay for stuff just for her to leave it we could keep going up to the buffet, which was excellent, and try her with different things. Once you add everything up we ended up with a great 4 star hotel for the same price as a crappy 2 star self-catering apartment in Portugal the year before.

We went to Fuertuvenura in jan 04 with firstchoice.
All inclusive.
Apsolutley brilliant.
We paid less than £600 for two adulta and a baby - ds was 1 then, but is now over 2 & thus an infant.
I know that it was cheap.
We were hoping to find other companies that did a cheap price for sept.
But so far, all we can find is a total of nearly £1500 for a week.
Seems alot.

It does seem a lot. Maybe you'd get a better deal if you left it until the last minute.... bit risky though! Is late September cheaper than early September?

have a look at security travel website.You book your holiday independantly.They have flight prices and hotel prices.Works out much cheaper the 4 star all inclusive hotels with flights come to about 1100 pounds.
