So, I was on the phone to the 0300 passport helpline number, as I have been constantly for the last week as we travel Friday and DD's passport had still not arrived. They were busy telling me that the passport had still not been processed and could not say when this would happen. I was in tears.
While I was still on the phone to them, doorbell rang, was courier delivering the passport!!
How they can call themselves a helpline is beyond me!! Totally wrong information!
Just so glad the passport is here!
