london esp paddington tomorrow

Have completely forgotten that DS1 has audition in paddington tomorrow and had promised to take others too for exciting day trip to london.
Am now stuffed as cant think of anything to do or find tickets for anything.
All ideas much appreciated. 12/6/8 yrs old, audition is 1.30-3.30 so needs to be either morning or late afternoon evening, some ideas of something to occupy 6 and 8 yr old for those 2 hours in paddington area also appreciated!

Paddington is right near Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park. So you could go for a walk there.

Paddington is quite close to Kensington gardens - there's a playground there (princess Di memorial playground) - OK if the weather is fine.
And dh has walked from paddington to the science museum/nat history museum (with a 3 yr old ds but I bet he was on his dad's shoulders) so they aren't that far away..and free..and warm.
