Anyone used Carisma Holidays before?

Just looking for some feedback - positive or negative, really. The area we've booked in France - Biscarrosse - looks lovely, but I've read some slightly scary reviews and some very, very enthusiastic reviews about Carisma on Trip Advisor, and I'd like to try and find a wise MNer, who can advise me! TIA

We had our first mobile home holiday in the Vendee with Carisma about 4 years ago to a site that I think they no longer use.
We'd been on similar holiday to other sites in Normandy with the bigger companies and had found the site it a bit noisy especially with teenagers in the evenings. Everything was fine with the Carisma site but the whole package was way overpriced. We loved the town in which we stayed and in subsequent years hired a house for two weeks for much less than Carisma charged for a mobile home. The service of the reps was great and no complaints really. I was pleased there were no noisy gangs of teenagers at night so maybe that's what you pay for... smaller sites, less entertainment, higher costs.
