Anyone been/going to Pagel and driving?

Hi,
I am new to this site and was hoping for any info r.e. a stop off half way between Callais and Pagel (family centred self catering gite holiday) which is situated in The lot region near Cahors.
We went last year but flew, this year we thought it may be easier and an adventure to drive. I did a search and found an old thread which had ellasmum1 saying she had been to Pagel but I could not find a way to send her a personal message. If anyone knows here maybe u could point out my thread...?

Its just outside Le Mans.

Check the accorhotels.com webite. You can search along a route. I always highly recommend the Novotels for family stops offs - usually have pools/playgrounds, great childrens menu and free breakfast for kids. But they also have cheaper options...Ibis etc.
