French schoolkids will be back at school by then so shouldn't be too mad. I know the area further west so not much help but options from Nice airport would be mobile home sites (fab for kids and I know there are buses) or chalets/villas. Have you spoken to the hotel direct? If you insist how small the children are and how they'll all cry if you can't all sleep together it can often work. Or maybe they have an adjoining room at a cheap price. French high season finishes on about 15th August usually so you should have room to negociate. Good luck!

No - I'm just bored

There's one here that looks nice with pool.

bubblerock · 13/02/2006 00:02

How about an apartment with pool
here
or here - 50m to the beach!

It would give you lots of space with the children!

Oh no, does that one have a pool? I really liked the second apartment near the beach too

bubblerock · 13/02/2006 19:57

We stayed in a villa in Portinatx Ibiza and it was so great having a washing machine, being able to keep everything clean - it dried in minutes on the line with the good weather and it was brilliant to go home without mounds of washing! Sorry for rambling but it's just an advantage of apartments/villas.

mcmum · 13/02/2006 20:50

I AGREE WE STAYED IN FAB VILLA IN FLORIDA LAST YEAR. one we booked didnt have pool but might change booking
