Day out in London with 4 month old

Hi, we're planning to go watch the London marathon on Sunday as a close friend is running...does anyone have any tips for visiting London with a 4 month old baby please?

Go wherever you want to and do whatever you want to do - that's the beauty of life with a 4 month old.

The theatre or opera probably out though, and take comfy walking shoes because the tube is a PITA with a pram and buses are a PITA on marathon day.
