You can get one whilst their. You buy one of their other tickets (can't remmeber how many days) and you can then upgrade it. Pretty sure that is how it worked anyway - remember reading about it when we went.

Found this:

Annual Passport Discounts

There are three types of Annual Passports at Disneyland Resort Paris, but one (the Proximity pass) is available only to locals.

The other two Annual Pass types, Fantasy and Dream, are available to anyone and offer discounts in addition to admission.

Those discounts are good enough that they may justify buying one Annual Passport for someone in your party, even if this will be a one-time vacation at Disneyland Resort Paris.

Fantasy Passport

The Fantasy Passport gives admission to both parks 345 days of the year (and a 50% discount on the remaining 20 restricted days) for EUR129 (same price for adult or child).

With the Fantasy Passport, you get the following discounts:

10% off at virtually all restaurants and bars in the parks and hotels
10% off at virtually all shops in the resort
25% off evening special events requiring separate admission
free parking
10% off a ticket for a friend

Dream Passport

The Dream Passport gives admission to both parks 365 days of the year for EUR159 (same price for adult or child).

With the Dream Passport, you get the following discounts:

one day - 20% off at virtually all restaurants and bars in the parks and hotels
all year - 10% off at virtually all restaurants and bars in the parks and hotels
a free aperitif at table service restaurants
one day - 20% off at virtually all shops in the resort
all year - 20% off at virtually all shops in the resort
50% off evening special events requiring separate admission
free parking
20% off a ticket for a friend
10% off golf greens fees
free admission to Hurricanes nightclub for passholder and one guest (18 and older)
special discounts on hotel rooms
invitations to special events
5 FastPass tickets (valid for 1 month)
Access to Fantasyland one hour before the opening of Disneyland Park
Free hire of wheelchairs, lockers and kennels

Official information on these passes is available only in French.

If you live outside of France and want to buy an Annual Pass for Disneyland Resort Paris in advance, either call the reservations number (33 1 60 30 60 81) in France or go to the official web site and click on "Order a Brochure."

Either way, you'll need to request an Annual Pass brochure, available in French only. It has a mail-in order form. Be aware that they are slow about sending brochures out.

Of course you can also buy an Annual Pass when you arrive.

Family Discounts on Annual Passports

You can get a 20% discount when you purchase 5 Dream or Fantasy Passports for a family. The passports must all be purchased from a ticket booth at the Disneyland Resort Paris theme parks at the same time, for persons in the same family who are all living at the same address. You must present ID for all members to prove that you are the same family.

Katymac

I posted about the annual passes before.Worth if you are staying 4 days or 3nights and 4 days entrance into park. You buy them when you arrive. For the fantasy passports date restrictions are 16-30th April. If that is when you are planning to travel you would need a dream passport. It used to be,if you bought 3 you got a 10% discount.when we bought them you purchased a day ticket at the entrance and then on arrival in park you went to annual passport office and upgraded it where they deducted the cost of your day ticket. We saved quite a bit with our 10% discounts in shops and restaurants.

So Currently the 3 day pass is £81 (£228 for 2A + 1C)

The exchange rate is for 129E = £82 (today)

So with 10% of that is about £74 saving £7 each (not sure about DD?)

Is that right?

For a saving of £14 - I might just book them from here and get them posted - to save my hassel when I get there - I'm very lazy
