We are staying next week, 2 families looking for somewhere within walking distance of our hotel at brentford lock or the above

Bump

The Weir is nice and near your hotel but not cheap for a pub. There are loads of restaurants along the road along from London Welsh towards Richmond (max 10 minutes). Cirrik usually has a top table deal. Otherwise you could jump on 65 bus or walk (15-20) minutes into Richmond where there is Pizza Express, pubs, etc.
