Possible work relocation to San Fran.
Can anyone recommend private elementary schools?
I cannot find an international or British school in the area - have I missed something?
Thanks so much.

No specific advice but I wouldn't rule out public schools. Have you tried greatschools.org? You can filter for private/public, elementary/secondary etc. There are also reviews and academic ratings - these ratings are on a general 1 (not too great) to 10 (fantastic academics).

Sitting Bull, thank you a million times for useful advice. After much thought, we have decided to return to Blighty instead of heading to California. Sunnyvale/San Fran commute did not look good, and am not keen on US education levels (esp maths). Thank you for checking in and replying.

SittingBull - wondering if you are still there?? The issue of moving has come up again, and I would love to know which private schools you would recommend in San Fran? I have no idea where to start looking, and of course we would be very late, to apply now. Still not sure we are moving. Tis all rather unsettling. Will visit in April. Have son, 8 and daughter 6, plus toddler - no school for her yet!
